MEMBERSHIP TERMS

I want memberships to be simple, flexible and easy to understand. Please read the following before joining.

28-DAY ROLLING MEMBERSHIP

All memberships run on a 28-day rolling cycle and automatically renew every 28 days.

There is no minimum three, six or twelve-month commitment. Your membership simply continues every 28 days until you choose to cancel.

YOUR CLASS CREDITS

Your chosen number of class credits will be added to your account at the beginning of each 28-day cycle.

Credits can be used to book eligible Reformer classes during that membership period.

UNUSED CREDITS

Membership credits are valid for 28 days and must be used within that membership cycle.

Unused credits do not roll over into your next 28-day period, so please choose the membership that best reflects how often you realistically expect to attend.

BOOKING CLASSES

Membership gives you class credits but does not guarantee a particular class, day or time. All classes are subject to availability, so you must book in advance.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT CLASS

Please book a class appropriate for your experience and ability.

If you have never used a Reformer before, you must attend Reformer Introduction before booking any of the other Reformer classes.

This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

The studio cancellation policy applies to all classes booked using membership credits.

Classes cancelled within the late-cancellation period, or classes you do not attend, will result in your class credit being forfeited.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting Harriet in writing and giving 7 days' notice.

Your membership remains active throughout your notice period and you can continue to book and use your available credits.

Your 7 day notice period begins on the date your cancellation request is received and cannot be backdated.

Depending on where you are within your current billing cycle when you give notice, a further membership payment may fall due during your notice period.

REFUNDS

Membership payments and unused class credits are non-refundable once a 28-day membership cycle has started, except where required by law.

PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Memberships may be paused in the case of injury, medical reasons or exceptional circumstances. Please contact Harriet as soon as possible and, wherever possible, before the pause is required.
Memberships cannot normally be paused for holidays or travel.
Any pause or extension must be agreed in advance and cannot be backdated.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & INJURY

Please let Harriet know before attending if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise.

Where appropriate, you may be asked to obtain medical clearance before taking part.

MEMBERSHIPS ARE PERSONAL

Memberships and membership credits belong to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

CHANGES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Membership prices, class timetables and these terms may occasionally need to change as the studio develops.

If a change materially affects your membership, I will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT

There is no lengthy contract. Your membership simply renews every 28 days, with 7 days' written notice required to cancel.

I want you to be a member because Reformer Pilates works for you and you want to keep coming — not because you're tied into a long-term contract.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms and the studio's general booking and cancellation policies.
