The Pilates and Mindfulness Retreat

23rd–27th September 2024


Everything about this retreat whether you come for the day or stay the night is positive, energetic & vibrant and aims to leave you finding your inner sunshine, strength, and joy. The movement and workshops will show you how to raise your vibration, connect to your creativity and find that inner strength to drive you forwards towards your dreams, whilst harnessing JOY.

Each full day will have a slightly different focus and be led by a variety of carefully chosen teachers, instructors, and specialists in their field. I feel that Somerset is blessed with the most talented and inspirational guides, whom I want you to meet. This is more than a Pilates retreat as each day I have included two or three workshops with the aim of adding some education, experiences, and tools to allow for shifts and emotional movements.


The retreat runs from Monday 23rd September until Friday 27th September 2024. You can stay the night or nights, share a double or triple room, have your own or simply come one, two or three single days!

Our retreat house, Churchill 20, is a converted farmhouse set amongst high hedged lanes leading to a tiny hamlet in a peaceful corner of South Somerset. Centuries old Somerset farm buildings have been incorporated into the design of this jaw-dropping large retreat house, a remarkable fusion of old and new. Indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly via a large glass fronted balcony that gives you uninterrupted views of the rolling hills of the Blackdown Hills, an AONB. The postcode is TA19 0PW.


The menus for breakfast (hot and cold options), lunch and dinner plus alternative/healthy snacks, juices and smoothies have been carefully created by Harriet, who is a qualified Naturopath and the wonderful Carlie, who wowed all clients last retreat with her delicious, healthy, varied, nourishing, colourful, organic, wonderful food! Whilst this isn’t a weight loss retreat there will be plenty of healthy, high protein vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Herbal teas, tea and coffee will be available all day plus shots (healthy ones!).
