Over 5 days, I will guide you through;

Week 1 - Foundations to Pilates Principles and Strength Training 

  • Learn the Pilates Principles and how to apply them to every movement

  • Build body awareness, breath control, and core connection

  • Establish correct alignment and technique

  • Gentle, controlled Pilates-based sessions to prepare your body for strength work

Focus: Understanding your body and moving with purpose

Week 3: Building Strength & Confidence

Now we start to challenge the body — progressively and safely.

  • Increase resistance where appropriate

  • Combine Pilates principles with strength training

  • Improve coordination, balance, and endurance

  • Build confidence in structured strength sessions

Focus: Feeling stronger and more capable in your training

Day 5 – Step Into Your Power

End the challenge feeling strong, grounded, and proud.
This final flow brings everything together – movement, mindset, and self-belief – as you step into the next season of your life with confidence.

Week 2: Stability, Control & Light Strength

With the foundations in place, we begin introducing resistance.

  • Continue Pilates-based training with added light weights

  • Build joint stability and muscular control

  • Learn key strength movement patterns (hinge, squat, push, pull)

  • Reinforce safe technique and confidence

Focus: Control, stability, and strength without rushing

Day 4 – Build Inner & Outer Strength

✨Turn your pressure into progress. We’ll work on functional strength and mental focus — building the kind of resilience that lasts far beyond this week.
