Hey, I’m Harriet – a Pilates and Strength coach who helps women turn stress into strength and rebuild their confidence through movement.
I created “Turn Pressure into Power” because I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the pressure of the festive season.
This challenge is your reset – a reminder that when you take care of you, everything else feels lighter.
Before the chaos begins, take a moment to rewrite the narrative of your Christmas – one where you feel present, peaceful, and powerful, not pressured or pulled in every direction.
